MSP gets a great new international connection. Dublin, Ireland

In early May, Aer Lingus begin direct service between MSP and DUB using an Airbus A330. This resumes a previous service available pre-COVID.

MSP has a few direct international flights. For me, this and the Icelandair flight to Reykjavík are intriguing and tempting. Although in the case of Icelandair, I’m not sure I want to be in a narrowbody for 6+ hours.

Since I’m now in the MSP area I’ll be on the lookout for some unique planespotting opportunities at MSP. MSP has a great public park with great access to the runways and taxiways.
